1.Data Controller

For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can write to any of the contacts above.

2.What data we collect

Data you voluntarily provide, when you fill out a form on the site:

• Consultation/contact request (name, company, email, phone, service of interest, message)
• Quote request (name, company, email, chosen configuration)
• Support ticket (name, company, email, phone, subject and description of the issue)
• Live chat with our team (name, email, text of exchanged messages)

Data collected automatically: IP address and technical browser information, necessary for the website to function and for its security (for example, to limit repeated automated requests on forms).

The site does not use traffic analysis or profiling tools (no Google Analytics or similar tool is present).

3.Why we process it and the legal basis

We do not use your data for direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we currently do not do so.

4.How long we keep your data

• Contact and quote requests: not stored in a database — only sent by email to our internal address. They remain there until we delete them from our mailbox.
• Support tickets and chat conversations: kept for 24 months from the last interaction, unless a different period is required by law, then automatically deleted.

5.Who we share your data with

Your data is processed by Nextvoice Srl's internal staff and by our internal management system, which we use to respond to tickets and conversations — a system we own, not a third-party provider.

For sending emails we rely on the SMTP service of Aruba S.p.A., which acts as an external data processor solely for the transport of messages.

The site loads some resources (typefaces, some images) directly from the servers of Google (Google Fonts) and Unsplash: your browser connects directly to these services to download them, which therefore receive your IP address according to their respective policies.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

6.Data transfer outside the EU

Google and Unsplash (Unsplash Inc., based in the United States) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Both providers declare that they adopt standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission as an adequate safeguard. We invite you to consult their respective privacy policies for more details.

7.Your rights

At any time you can ask Nextvoice Srl to:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to the processing
• Receive your data in a structured format (portability)

8.Complaint to the Data Protection Authority

If you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9.Minors

The website and services of Nextvoice Srl are aimed at businesses and professionals, not at an audience of minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16.
